"What happens after I request a quote?"
When you send in a request, we will contact you to set up a time that works best for you to come to your property and review a quote with you. For full exterior installations, we will be able to discuss several different options for your exterior and provide recommendations that would be best suited for your home or business. We provide you with an all-inclusive quote with a breakdown of services and pricing so you know exactly how much you will be paying for the work we will be completing.
"When do I need to pay?"
This depends on the type of project that we are completing for you. For roof repairs and replacements, we will not ask you for any money down until the work is complete. For full exterior renovations, especially with window and door installations, we will typically ask for a small down payment from you so that we can get all of the materials ordered and can start on the project as soon as possible. Each renovation is unique and we can discuss payment options with you when you decide to proceed with your exterior installations.

"When should I replace my roof?"
Replacement most often occurs due to age. If your roofing system is nearing the 20-year mark, then it may be time to think about replacing it before major problems begin to occur. If the appearance of your roof is deteriorating, this is another sign that it may be time to explore replacement. Having several missing shingles or areas that have begun to warp or sag are typically strong indicators that roof replacement may be needed.
