RidgeCrest Developments has completed some extraordinary transformations over the years, so we wanted to share just a small few to show you how incredible these houses turned out!
Upper Hillhurst
This exterior got a full face-lift with fresh new James Hardie siding, SmartBoard Trim, clear cedar soffit, new rainware and potlights as well as an enlarged deck and stairways with Azek decking installed.
The job was well run and went very smoothly. The crews are experienced and hard working, do quality work and pay attention to the details. The result is amazing, a complete transformation!
Varcity
What a transformation! RidgeCrest enlarged the front two windows, installed new windows and garage doors, built the front entrance overhang roof, installed Pearl Gray James Hardie, Black Trim, Eneraire 1” R6 wall insulation, as well as cedar soffits and pot lights at the front and back of the house. We also completed the installations of the detached garage!
We were very pleased with the overall experience. The consultation process was thorough, the work crew was professional and tidy, and once the job got started the work was diligently seen through to completion.
Orchard Court Townhomes
Installations included new James Hardie Siding, Deck Membranes and Railings, Stucco, New Windows and Doors.
The materials and workmanship was excellent. The design choices and recommendations were very good. The RidgeCrest team was good to work with and accommodated our schedules.
Canyon Meadows
We converted this home’s low-slope roof of 1/12 to a 5/12 with a full attic, which included removing the rock clad chimney above the roof level. We also did all the Hardie panel and batten in the new gables, new rainware, tied in new vinyl where required, and levelled off the existing rock height.
